When our Christmas Season doesn’t unfold as planned, we can become disappointed, disillusioned, and frustrated.

Many people in The Bible understood what it meant to wait on God’s Plans, and then too often chose to make plans on their own.

Isaiah 7:14 “ Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel. ”

After the conclusion of the Old Testament, there was approximately 400 Years of “Silence” from God in terms of prophecy.

Many Israelites lost hope that God would send the Messiah that He promised to. Instead they looked for their own heroes and sought to save themselves.

Every “character” in the Christmas Story had their everyday lives & plans interrupted by God in a miraculous fashion that led to His Glory.

Christmas Challenge: 1.) Expect A Miracle! 2.) Allow Room for God to show up however, whenever, in whatever, and through whomever He chooses! 3.) Give Him the Glory!
