1. See the leads you’ve registered to determine whether the lead is a duplicate of another lead in our system, and possibly being worked by someone else. 2. Log your activities on leads, so your channel account manager can view your activities. 3. Request your Channel Account Manager (CAM) to convert a lead into an opportunity. 4. See activities logged by your CAMs on lead and opportunity records. 5. Determine which of your leads are also converting on HubSpot.com. See which pages they’re viewing, when they visit, how often they visited. 6. View your active sales opportunities 7. View customer records including CHI records. 8. View support tickets.
