Instructions for the on-line application The following document consists of pictures from the online application with useful information. Good luck with your application!

Start your application by registering an account. You do this by filling in the details on the right hand side. After that you can use the login on the left hand side.

At the bottom of each page there is a box to ”mark page as complete”, remember to tick this box when you have entered all your details. Use the same here as the one you used for the registration of your account. All lines marked with a red * are mandatory. Remember to tick this box at every page

On this page you fill in details about your home university and your current studies. ”Number of semesters studied prior to mobility”: please include the ongoing semester.

Please choose: ”Sub institution ”: The Faculty of Arts ”Subject area”: Languages

Choose A1 here if you do not speak Swedish You do not need to submit your CV or personal Letter to the Faculty of Arts. However, we do need a transcript of record including courses you are taking this semester to consider your application.

Once you have clicked the ”Submit” button you can not make any changes to your application. Make sure you submit your application before midnight April 15. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible. When you have submitted your application you will receive a confirmation letter with instructions on how to apply for housing. Please make sure to apply for housing in time! It is hard to find accommodation in Gothenburg and we can only help those that have applied in time.
