Documentation Requirements Science Proposal Needed to justify the use of an instrument or platform Will be send out for peer-review Proposal has to follow the NSF Grant Proposal Guide Facility Request Available online from EOL website Endorsement Letter Written by PIs Science Division Director or NCAR Associate Director Confirms financial and institutional support for proposed research Suggests a Science Division Director or designee as primarily NCAR Point of Contact for NSF and to answer all questions related to projects (not the PI) PandA Registration Register as unfunded collaboration Scientific Overview of Project Up to 5 presentation slides in electronic format
