ICT Sector Standardization Standard: Specifications of network equipment, management, operation and maintenance, and end-user devices and security interactions Compliance and introduction of standard: increase efficiency of network equipments, create favorable conditions for fair competition, support new applications and services Private sector: new technology, service, usage Import: foreign manufacturer, equipments comply various foreign specifications, standard, market enforcement, conformity and interconnection, quality 3

Standard development Former Union of Industrial and Research Institute developed 50 standards were enforced in most of the old and updated Development of national standards for the telecommunications industry until deteriorated stagnated. By the Telecommunications Act 2001, CRC issued right to develop and monitor the implementation of sector standards Geneva, Switzerland, 2 June National standards development and approval process, time, research and organization of public administration, regulation, and the active participation of the public and private sectors, is a complex set of work.
