Focus Group Ground Rules/Background Anonymity: We will not collect your name or demographic information, your comments will not attributable to you. Confidential: Everyone agrees that nothing said or heard in the room will be repeated. Respectful: Everyone agrees to listen attentively to other participants. Inclusive: Everyone should participate. Varied: We will use different means to capture your ideas, including an index-card activity and a group activity. Useful: Focus groups typically provide insights not available from other sources. They often result in significant changes.
