What do you want to do this year to change your life? Recently I read that women who are of their 20s are still passionate about their life, but when they are reaching 30s, they began to be disillusioned about life. It’s happening to some of my girlfriends when I talked to them. Some are continuing to doing the same things and having aches and pains on their bodies. Some are looking into having sabbatical leaves. Do you know that how you live your Day is how you live your life? Looking at my life of 3 years in Mary Kay, it was gratitude that I have of my life now. This Nov, when my dad was having sudden heart attack, I was having my classes, I thank God that I could just passed to my team members to do the classes for me so that I could take care of my dad. I have more time with friends and family. It’s been great life for me these 3 years in Mary Kay, living the life that I wanted and having freedom at the same time. I’ve got so many opportunities throwing at me while I’m doing Mary Kay. Invited by Citibank, KPMG, DBS, Singapore Customs, West Point Hospital to conduct training for their frontliners. I got all these thru word of mouth communications. In our line of work, WOM (Word of mouth comm.) is very important. So focus on your business, you can focus on being the Best Skincare Guru or Makeup Expert in Mary Kay, or SD in Mary Kay, and when you have 5 SDs in Mary Kay, you can go overseas to do business. It’s unlimited opportunities! I saw many women limiting their own potentials. I see so many great potentials in all of you. I felt so richly satisfied when I see each of my team members starting to do their own skincare classes, even corporate classes too and sharing their I-story infront of everybody. You really see that a woman who just started Mary Kay starts to blossom into beautiful big American Roses!

 Plus thru enriching women’s lives, it’s where you find happiness thru helping women become beautiful and earning $$ at the same time. It’s a simple life that I love in Mary Kay. No stress! No need to report to anyone.  I’m so proud of all of you! I strongly believe that we are seriously running for no. 1 unit production in Mary Kay Singapore!  New Consultants please remember to visit my blog: Password is diamond. My goal for next seminar is to become Queen of Sales and Queen of Sharing for 2013 seminar, and produce 20 Sales Director in my unit and be a National Sales Director by Dec Diamond Supreme team members, I must do it because I can do it! Debrief for all Consultants/ Every Friday 7pm (Nov onwards) at Intl Plaza  Every Friday at 7pm it’s our skincare/makeup open class. You can bring your guests, however you are required to bring your own products for your guests.  After the whole skincare class, let’s sit down together and do debrief.  As you can see from the above flow of the class, there are 3 parts. To all New Consultants, please memorise the following when you attend my classes:  For first class, memorise what I did for part 1.  Then when you come for the second class, memorise what I did for part 2  and then when you come for third class, memorise what I did for part 3. During the classes, you can record or video taped me during the classes. This business is all about duplicating. Just duplicate what I did. And treat all your guests with the “Make me Feel Important” attitude. Tell me also your learning key points and what can you improve from there. Challenge for all Consultants (1 Jan to 31 Mar 2013)– If you feel that you are ready, call me to observe your classes. Consultants who conduct at least 3 classes, will get a special gift from me! SMS me at when you have finished conducting 3 classes!
