WHY?  The event the people are attending isa cheerful event.  The environment around the peopleseems colorful, cheerful, positive,and nice.  They are showing their teeth whichlets us know they have big smiles intheir faces.

Why?  The body position of every personlooks like they are having fun.  The facial expressions of everyperson seems happy and cheerfulwith a big smile on their faces.  The environment in which they arejumping is bright and colorful.
