What is CAPCIT? It is a forum of debate between Parliament and the scientific world. More similar to the POST Board Nature

TA Idea Informal (MP or scientific institution) or formal proposal (written in advance or proposed by the Speaker) Debate Discussed at the same or the next CAPCIT meeting. CAPCIT decides if a report is necessary and which scientific institution will be responsible for the report (time and extension). Report The report is done by the scientific institution.
