NTN Traffic  Intercom purpose  Targeting rationale  Unsure if regional hierarchies are being utilized  Unsure if VHF being utilized  Internal routes may/do need development  NTN puts them out there to be used, not tracked  WT purpose etc  Random groups purpose  Random targeting used  Priority precedence for a reason  Still not seeing regional hierarchies taking hold  Still not seeing lateral possibilities being utilized  Route development
