 Emperor Maxentius started to build The Basilica of Maxentius for 4 years. Until Conanstine killed him and took over the construction of the building.

 They built it in the 4 th century 308 AD.

 It was located between the temple of Amor and roma and the temple of romulus of roma.

 The Basilica of Maxentius was built for official court cases and meetings

 It was the last built in Rome.  In 800 AD it was destroyed by a earthquake.  It was 500 years old when it got destroyed.  It was also known as Basilica nova and The Basilica of Conanstine.
