“…shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to the will of God; and not for sordid gain, but with eagerness; nor yet as lording it over those allotted to your charge, but providing examples to the flock.” 1 Pet. 5:2-3.

The Four Functions of the Shepherd-Coach: 1. Lead them – By being an overseer-one who guides and models God’s Word, God’s Will, and God’s Glory. (Acts 20:28; Col. 3:12-17)
