Leaders  When you have a vision you see the invisible, feel the intangible, and achieve the impossible.

 Leaders are able to create this vision twice. Leaders  Once in their head.  Once on paper.  So, what is in your head?head

 Fatalism- The thought that everything will happen beyond our control.control  Proactive- Choice, not chance determines reality. determines
