Patients were randomized from CR database EUROCHIP-2 DB was filled with collected data by same procedure. Registries looked systematically at the various sources to try to find the information Sources of information used in order were : Pathological reports; Hospital discharge files (administrative records); Screening files; Social insurance records; Multidisciplinary team records; Clinical records, GP/Family doctors, Registry of Comprehensive cancer center.
