Data Collection Speak to the concerned of the establishment Take a V-card or Fill up form If V-card taken check if all details are updated like Updated phone nos which includes Landline & Mobile id if any Website if any Proprietor/Owner/Decision makers name Complete address & Nature of business/Category Take a picture of the V-card immediately

Image Capture Come out of the shop Click a picture of the facia of the shop While taking the picture ensure that your mobile has GPRS & GPS on Picture should cover the entire facia i.e. from the top of the board till the ground level Try and ensure that there are no unwanted objects in front Examples of pictures are given for your reference

Video & Images for Corporate Client When you visit a Corporate client, please ask for a video of their organization along with the other images and relevant details

Upload pictures Once the shop/store is completed, immediately send the same to the WhatsApp number Hence for each establishment minimum 2 pictures needs to be uploaded. One of the facia & the other of the V-card Next morning as a backup submit the pictures to the local Data Manager or the Sales Coordinator If none of them are available in your town/city, then upload the same in the given FTP path. Proceess for FTP upload is given in the next slide

FTP Upload process Download Filezilla software (free) from the net by clicking on this link if you do not have the same. Once installed open the software Now on the top left hand corner you will find "Host" wherein you will type Just beside that you have the User name & Password against which you will put in User Name : datateam Password : Once you have typed in the password, press enter On the right hand side pane called "Remote site" you will create a folder by your City / locations name Next drag and drop the images kept in your local folder from the Left hand side pane "Local site" to the designated folder The pictures uploaded in the FTP path needs to be in a folder which will be named after the city followed by the date of activity. Eg. For the activity of Sales Blitz on 27 th October 2014, the name of the folder should be “Kolkata ” i.e. each activity date will have separate folders which will be uploaded in the FTP path Once uploaded please confirm the date of upload and the folder name for us to retrieve the same.
