Brazil What is Brazil like? Get into small groups (min 2 max 4)for this lesson

What do you have to do? 1. You have to produce a PowerPoint to show the key aspect of Brazil that you have drawn out of the hat – pot luck! You will be working in small groups for this. When it’s finished you must save the PowerPoint to my work postbox

Research Task 1.Brazil’s rainforest climate 2.Brazil’s main physical features 3. Brazil’s main ecosystems 4. Brazil’s population 5. Brazil’s natural mineral resources 6. Brazil’s main cities 7. Life in Rio’s favelas 8. Farming in Brazil Include maps Photographs Tables Graphs… Anything to help you show what these are like. Use Geog.2 to help you with this.

So, what do we know about Brazil? Each group will give a short talk about what they have found out. You must do the following: 1.Listen carefully to their presentation and then score it. 2.Scoring: a mark /5 for clarity, geographical facts, interesting facts etc.
