Understanding Science Science : Is an organized way of thinking and learning about the natural world; it is a body of knowledge that has been built over years of using the scientific method.

Categories of Science Life Topics: The study of life and life process. Earth Topics: The study of the earth and the phenomena’s that happen on earth. Physical Topics: The study of how things are made and why things happen.

Branches of Science The categories of science can be divided into smaller sub categories called branches. Ex: zoology, paleontology and botany
