Background & Existing Savings Savings originally approved in April 2001 Costs revised March 2005 EPACT 2005: All Traffic Signals manufactured on or after January 1, 2006 must meet the (former) Energy Star Standard (effectively requires LED’s). Assumed saturation of LED traffic lights in PNW is >75% (except yellows). The Measures, Inputs, Savings, and Economics: 2007 & 2008 CRC Claims Total 0.07 aMW
Decision Recommendation: Continue with deemed savings assumptions, except update O&M cost savings to 2006$’s. Or: Update/modify assumptions? Or: Discontinue deemed savings?
