“ Road Map” Approach for Pending “Pipeline Projects”. Periodic Review included a recommendation for comprehensive LCP update for all anticipated project driven LCP amendments and projects identified in the Asset Management Strategy. “Roadmap” Approach The County has also made a commitment to a “Visioning ” process in the next five years for Marina del Rey whereby the County will reexamine and update the entire Marina del Rey LCP which would include addressing the remaining Periodic Review recommendations through a public process. Parcel 10/FF Suggested Modifications Wetland Park & transient docks must be completed in advance of the certificate of occupancy for the apartment complex on Parcel FF (14). In-lieu fee for the replacement of 101 public parking spaces at Chase Park or Marina Beach must be deposited into an account with LA County and new parking must be in place within 5 years of Certificate of Occupancy for the apartment complex on Parcel FF (14). Increase the Coastal Improvement Fund requirement for Parcel FF (14) from $600 per unit to $1,200 per unit as additional mitigation for the change to a lower priority residential use. Parcel OT - Suggested Modifications Requirement that residential unit allocations shall be used for the Senior facility rather than hotel unit allocation.
