Advised investor on legal issues related to the construction and financing of ART MALL, a Kyiv shopping mall with a total area of 50 thousand square meters. Defended the well-known Ukrainian developer in a dispute with Alfa-Bank PJSC. The dispute between the parties related to one of the largest shopping malls in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the value of which was about USD 30 mln. As a result of the fight, which lasted more than a year and included more than 15 lawsuits, the parties concluded a settlement agreement and became partners in the joint venture.
