+ Remember $15 to enter the Region 11 competition – Deadline to register is Oct. 17. $ 5 to take the ELF Test. You must make a 90 in order to advance to the next level. To advance to state you will need to meet the region requirements. In order to advance to Nationals, you must place in the top 5 at State. All competitions do not advance to Nationals. Good Luck!
