Ross Technology Corp. Manufacture steel products. Needed anti corrosion spray. Ross Nanotechnology was born.

Superhydrophobic: Shoots water off. Contact angle of at least 150 degrees. Hydrophobic: Water resistant. Contact angle greater than 90 degrees Hydrophilic: Attracts water. Less than 30 degrees Superhydrophilic: Attracts water. Less than 10 degrees. Human skin: degrees. Rain-X: 110 degrees NeverWet: degrees.

Keeps Things Dry Because of the high contact angle the water rolls right off. The outside casing of an iPhone was sprayed and submerged for 30 minutes. It was fully functional after wards.

Keeps Things Clean Since water won't remain stagnant it's difficult for bacteria to mature. Below are petri dish samples of bacteria of a treated surface verses a non treated one.

Anti Corrosion When put up against industrial grade polyurethane coatings, it proved much stronger. This was the original purpose of the birth of NeverWet.

How Durable Is It? 400 degrees Fahrenheit easily; 550 degrees for a short period. 10 successive dunkings in liquid Nitrogen and heated to room temperature. No effect on coating.
