Does hot water freeze faster than cold water?
Presentation transcript:

What Freezes Faster Hot or Cold Water

I Predict I predict that the cold water will freeze faster because it is already at a cooler stage. The hot water is in a warmer stage so I think it’ll freeze at a later time.

Water (Mr. Ortiz’s Favorite, HD)

What Happened? After waiting for so long the _____ water froze first. When the cold water was starting to freeze the hot water was still water with no ice. But it still turned cold. cold

How Long Did it Take? It took about three and a half hours to determine what freezes faster.
