CPR There airway must be open for breathing to be restored. The airway may be blocked by food or some other foreign object. Rescue breathing is begun when a person isn't breathing. Two rescue breaths should be provided and followed immediately by cycles of 30 chest compressions and 2 rescue breaths.

Prepare a floor plan of your office and building showing at least two ways out of each office and four out of the building.
