The Lights in Nashville by Makenzie Disman

The Way There I remember my wonderful family trip to see the lights. Let me tell you about the trip. It took two hours or more to get there. We went with other family members and had to take two cars. When we got to Nashville we went into Bass Pro Shop at Opry Mills Mall. I liked the boats. My favorite boat was big with lots of seats. It had a bed you could sleep on. We ate at Burger King in the food court at the mall. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a coke to drink. Then after we ate, we left and went to go see the lights.

When we got there, there was a sign that said Ice! It was lit up the color of blue.

When we went inside of the building where the lights were, there was a sleigh were you could take pictures. Me and my 2 brothers took a picture together and it was a great picture.

The lights Then after we took the picture we looked at the lights. There were lots of pretty lights but my favorite part was the light show, and in the light show there was water shooting up that changed different colors.

Boat rides allowed visitors to see the lights up close.

I liked the big Christmas trees. They had lots of lights and ornaments. I also liked the tree that was made of flowers

After we looked at the tree’s we took a picture with some snowmen.

When we were walking to see some more lights I saw this big ornament over buildings.

When we got done seeing the lights we went to a garden that told a story. The garden had a lot of statues of the Nativity.

There was a tree in the garden that was made of lights. The tree was tall.
