Copyrights Praise Foundation Praise Foundation presents the “The Praise Dance Festival” 2 DANCE FOR A CAUSE “No act of Kindness however small goes un-noticed.” Dance for a cause is a concept where the student teams from different colleges will be given an opportunity to participate in community development by competing at “The Praise Dance Festival.” The winning teams will get a chance to compete in front of celebrity judges to win a cash prize of Rs.50,000 along with awards. The funds raised from the event will be utilized to support Praise Foundation’s partner NGOs that are doing incredible work towards the betterment of society and giving a hand to the under privileged.
Copyrights Praise Foundation Event Structure 3 Round 1 Intra-College dance competition. The winning team and the runner-up team proceed to the next stage where they compete with colleges in their zone. We have divided the colleges in Bangalore into 4 Zones. Minimum participation of 10 colleges from Bangalore. 2 Choreographers from well known dance studios will be judging each event. Round 2 Zonal-Competition. Event will take place in a grand manner on April 30th, Winning teams and runner-up teams from the different colleges will be divided into 4 zones. The teams will then compete within their zones to win a place in the finals. Winning teams and runner-up teams from each zone advance to the “Grand Finale”. The event will go on from 10 am – 4pm and Praise Foundation will be inviting music bands, stand up comedians and beat boxers to keep the dance festival alive and fun for the attendees and participants. Well known celebrity choreographers will judge the event. Grand Finale This will be a star studded event with celebrity judges and the winning team will take home the Praise Trophy along with a cash prize of Rs.50,000. The Runner-up team will be rewarded. Praise Foundation is inviting many celebrity guests such as well known musicians, dancers, choreographers and actors. Well known celebrity dance artists and choreographers will be judging this event.
