“Impact of Slavery” ESSAY  Explain how the institution of slavery changed life for transplanted West Africans, and make some predictions about how you think those changes could in turn affect them. Howard, the head of the Freedman’s Bureau F F – personal letter T T – Explain to General Howard how the Freedmen’s Bureau is doing in the south. Recommend to him a few changes which could be made to make it more effective.
