Sunemy the Snowman lives in Hidropa, Hypothermia. The year is 2012.

The problem with Sunemy is that he melts at the sight of the sun. He can’t go outside if the sun is out or if it is really hot. One day, when Sunemy walks outside, there is a massive heat wave. He starts to melt! He runs back inside and sits under the cooler. Sunemy says, “What happened!?!? The weather man said there was going to be a blizzard and 20 degree weather!” Sunemy is outraged!

Sunemy is going to talk some sense into the weather man. When he gets there, he yells at the weather man, “What did you do Dtron!?!?” Dtron the weather man says, “The weather is just out of control! What can I do!?” “I am sorry Dtron,” sighs Sunemy. Dtron is using all his tools like the hygrometer, the rain gauge, and the thermometer to predict the weather for the rest of the day. All of them do not help.

Sunemy goes to The Museum of Past Weather to see the weather for this day the past few years. When he looks at the December 19 painting, the weather painting shows -20 degrees Fahrenheit from last year! Sunemy is enraged! How come in December, the weather is so hot!?! It is 99 degrees Fahrenheit today! He storms out of the museum irritably.

Sunemy then goes to church where he prays for the weather to become cooler. “Please let there be -20 degrees Fahrenheit. I am melting. Please! Amen.” After Sunemy prays, he runs into his neighbors. They go to 7-11 and meet the owner Aamer Abbasi. He gives them free coffee and donuts.

Today, it is Monday, Sunemy’s least favorite day of the week. Sunemy has to go to work! He heads to the grocery store and goes to his boss, Bake. She is a potato. Bake screams to Sunemy, “Unload the potato chip truck you meting puddle of slop! My family was killed and loaded into that truck! The least you could do is help their dead bodies out of the truck!” Geez, Sunemy thinks. She probably is so mean because of her loss. He unloads the truck that smells like assassinated potatoes and leaves at the end of the day.

Sunemy goes to the mayor of Hidropa and starts demanding that the weather be changed. The mayor says, “Okay Sunemy, I will write to the city council and see what they say.” “Okay mayor. I will wait,” sighs Sunemy. So the mayor writes to city council saying that his town wants the weather fixed. The city council writes back to him saying that they can not fix the weather. It is not their fault that there is a massive heat wave. Mayor tells Sunemy that the city council can not fix the heat wave.

Sunemy goes home and sits in his snow chair. He thinks about how he can solve the weather problem himself. Then his penguin Wobbles comes over to him and says, “Why so glum Sunemy?” “Well Wobbles, I can’t think of a way that I can solve the eat wave problem and stop melting,” said Sunemy. “You will think of something. I know it,” assured Wobbles.

Wobbles was right! The next day, Sunemy had a perfect idea! He was going to make a sun proof hat and scarf to block the sun from making him melt!

Sunemy makes the product with a special machine he found in the junkyard. He gets some yarn, puts it in the machine, presses the button that says hat and scarf, and voila! He did it! He writes to the mayor that he did it! He puts up flyers, makes websites, and television ads!

Sunemy sells so many hats and scarves, that he becomes a millionaire and he is loved be many. Sunemy buys a new home that is shaped like an igloo and a new wife for Wobbles. Everyone is happy!
