Defining cognitive motivation “process of thought” Do you enjoy problem solving through research and analysis?

Need for cognition HighLow Tend to seek, acquire, think, and reflect on relevant information Tend to rely on experience, assumptions, and luck

High need for cognition > better entrepreneurial decisions Engage and enjoy effortful cognitive activities Recall more relevant information about challenges and opportunities More accurately analyze arguments and generate more alternative solutions Demonstrate better logical reasoning abilities.
