 Most of the services developed by the government are not efficiently managed by the officials and goes into dustbin,So a secured system that enable an ordinary person to directly apply for a service and track the status has been implemented.

 Various categories covering the internal official management concepts associated with the information of the services and user application with different levels of abstraction.

 Manual process that list the available schemes provided by the Government.  SWORD, a toolkit determines whether a desired service can get from existing services.  Services are mainly concerned only with Government Employees.

 Data integration, a biggest barrier to provide a services  Unsecure to maintain  Tedious to maintain the historical data  SWORD, doesn’t focus on relationship between services  No synchronization in data

 Keeps the data in a centralized way & concurrent access.  Tools like Scheme Transparency Tool, Web Senior  decreases the manual hour process  Describes, discovers and invokes the web services  Integrated service framework, achieves prompt & customized services to senior citizens.

 Track the status of applications  Easy to generate the reports  Secure to maintain the historical data  Avoid conflicts(centralized data)  Efficient framework  Autonomy, heterogeneity, data integration  Flexibility in service mining

 Includes six components User interface generator User authentication User behavior monitor User behavior analyzer Request handler User profile management

 User behavior analyzer(client side)  Tracks the users operations  Records the data and generates the conclusions based on the behavior UDDI SERVER Service Locator Execution Engine Request Monitor Privacy manager Service Compose Service Optimizer

 Service Optimizer  Best quality of service through execution of a set of web services.. Service Ontologies Service 1 Service 2 Service 4 Service 5 Service 3 Service n Register

 Report  Describes the various types of reports Scheme Process User Approved Report Rejected Report Pending Applicatio n

 Enterprise scheme planner and monitoring system mechanism that dynamically compose services, select service providers based on their quality attributes & enforce the privacy of citizens when requesting and receiving government services.

 The further work is to find a way to make full use of Global resource optimization ability to enhance the web service’s performance and efficiency.  Users may prefer desktops to cell phones  More infrastructure security
