Feature Editing In 3D modeling, we are able to change the parameters of the initial sketch or any of the features that make up the part. Many modeling programs utilize a browser to achieve this function.
Feature Editing A browser keeps a history of how the part was created and allows you to change or delete parts of your work.
Feature Editing The parameters of the features can be changed when the need arises.
A right click on the feature brings up options and the Edit Feature box is selected. Feature Editing
Any parameter about the feature can be changed. In this example the size and type of hole was changed. If you wish to change the position of the hole, the sketch must be edited.
Feature Editing A sketch is reactivated by selecting it in the browser. Dimensions may be added or changed using the sketch general dimension tool.
Feature Editing At this point, you can add any dimensions you forgot.
Feature Editing The part is then updated and the changes take effect.
Feature Editing Geometric constraints can also be changed using the edit sketch function.
Feature Editing Features can be temporarily turned off using the suppress feature option in the browser.
