QA Requirements Learners must be registered with the awarding organisation before any assessment takes place. If assessment takes place before a learner is registered this will result in a sanction from City & Guilds meaning you will no longer be able to claim certification. All pieces of evidence must be signed and dated by the learner and the assessor.

QA Requirements Written assessor feedback must be evident on every piece of evidence. The IQA feedback form must be kept with the portfolio once it has been verified. For referred portfolios, TAs must comment on the IQA form on the actions they have taken.

QA Requirements The portfolio must be correctly completed and contain the following: A Record of Achievement that is signed and dated by the learner and the assessor. A Witness Signatory sheet signed by anyone that is involved in the completion of the portfolio.
