Project Profile The EasyNet Project is developed in the J2EE using jsp and servlet. This EasyNet project is provide the functionality to manage the profile of the employee of any company or organization. It also provide to communication between employees of the organization. In this project the employee can share his profile, idea, views, suggestions with the other employee of the company. In this EasyNet portal employee can send the message to each other and also send images to each other. The employee can wish birthday or anniversary to each other and communicate with each other.

Purpose The main purpose of this web application is to maintain tho communication between the employee of the organization. Only organization's employees are allow to access the profile out side user can't register or sign up in the EasyNet employee engagement system. The reason to developed this EasyNet system to share the idea of employee within the organization. The shared post in the EasyNet can not access by the other they are not employee of the organization. So that the privacy are maintained of the organization.   The main objective of this application is that any Employee of the organization can access from anywhere. This application is user friendly and easy to use for employees.

Scope of EASYNET Alert on Birthdays and Anniversary Share my views Online poll Question & Answer My To Dos Subscribes

1.Birthday and Anniversary This section of the EasyNet is provide the functionality to the employee to send the wishes with flowers, quotes and pictures on his birthday or anniversary of any employee of the organization. 2.Share views This section of the EasyNet is facilitate the employees to share his idea that are running on his mind with the other employee of the same organization. These idea are accept by the other employee or suggest other employee on his idea and generate new idea using this functionalities of the EasyNet web application.

3.Online polls An online poll is a survey in which employee communicate responses via the EasyNet, typically by completing a questionnaire in a this web application. Online polls may allow only registered employee of the organization to participate, or they may be restricted to a sample drawn from a larger panel. The use of online panels has become increasingly popular. 4.Question & Answer This section of EasyNet portal is to allow the employee to ask his question on the question answer portal and other employees can post his answer at belows the asked question. Many users are allows to post his answer on a single question so that any difficult question can be solved easily using the EasyNet portal.

5.My ToDos My to dos section of the EasyNet is most important for the employee to update his work status on his profile and can share with the other employee of the same organization. The Administrator can post the notice of the organization into this to do list and share with employee so the information is fastly informed using EasyNet portal. 6.Subscribes The Subscribe facility of the EasyNet is to provide the update notification of the other employee of the same organization.
