Tryout Group Formation Process Sort Players by Prior Experience Level Group Assign Ranking Profiles to Groups (1,2,3) Sort by Ranking Profile and Assign Groups from Top to Bottom(1,2,3,4) Sort Groups in ranking order and alternately designate Blue or White Assign skating order by alternating ranking groups within a color Groups are divided by Last Name, then the jersey # order is by jersey sizes Skating order that presents players skills to evaluators without bias to prior skill level
