A.O.B. Tunnel for testing and for final demonstration: A meeting with the responsible for Road and Bridges is planned for Feb 27th, giving a presentation and demonstration of u There is a good chance to get a tunnel for some weeks before the final demonstration. But there is a lot of good will and support necessary from the R&B to make this possible. We got the green light that a part of the tunnel will be made available from July 2009 to September 2009 for testing and demonstration. We will send an official request to the ministry to receive an official answer that we can give to Karina, to let her decide about the project extension to September. This is a complicated process and will take some time unfortunately. So we are not sure yet if we will have the final demo in June or September. Budget: As mentioned in the last general assembly we have to go over our budget planing to ensure that we use our full remaining budget as usefull as possible for the project. I got already feedback from most of the partners so Latif, Thomas and I will go over the budget next week and provide a proposal to you for discussion. We plan to present and discuss this proposal in the phoneconf.
