Engage the unengaged. Serve as entry point for future engagement. Educate SteelTree Board members about Federation’s work. Fund innovative ideas focused on Jewish Continuity.

Membership retention Goal: 100% year 1 => year 2 Actual: 80% New Annual Campaign Donors Goal: 10 over 2 years Actual: 8 (4 each year) Funding Goals Goal: Fund a minimum of 5 projects annually, 1 of which hasn’t received past Federation funding Actual (Y1): 10 total, 1 new Actual (Y2): 4 total, 1 new (to date)

Year One 15 members 4 new donors Member Donations: – A2014 = $25,902 (pre- SteelTree) – A2015 = $33,941 (year 1 as SteelTree member) Funded 10 projects for 9 different organizations Year Two 21 members (9 new members) 4 new donors New Member Donations: – A2014 = $4,736 (pre- SteelTree) – A2015 = $8,960 (year 1 as SteelTree member) Funded 4 projects for 4 different organizations, to date TOTAL GIVING OF ALL MEMBERS (Past & Present) A2013 (Pre-SteelTree) = $25,463 A2014 (Y1 SteelTree) = $32,239 A2015 (Y2 SteelTree) = $44,551
