PAN AFRICAN 2014 EARLY CAREER PROGRAMME (External Communication) In a bid to meet the aim of being the employer of choice, Guinness Cameroon S.A which is a subsidiary of the Diageo Plc. group, has developed a Pan – African Early Career Programme. Our objective is to attract and develop African young talented graduates to constitute a pool of future leaders irrespective of their gender, religion or ethnic origin.
