Interpersonal skills are important because you will need to be able to talk and communicate with people at work and customers. When you apply for a job they will be looking at your interpersonal skills and observing how good you are at using them. Most jobs require interpersonal skills whether It would be talking to customers in a shop, or teaching. Tone of voice is how you speak to someone. If you us load tone of voice people might think you are shouting at them. Body language is a important skill in interpersonal communications. People body language can be noticed by the way they are sitting, facial expressions or they way the use there tone of voice. There is a variety of ways in which to get your audience to listen to you. Some of these things may include; images, videos, diagrams, music that can play in the background, quizzes and finally prizes. All of these ways of great ways in getting people to listen to what you are trying to say.

You must use language and terminology that people will understand clearly. E.g. If the person/people are non-technical then avoid using language they may not understand.
