Cougar Cub Good Choice Awards New and Improved!

What are Good Choice Coupons and Prizes? For four years the students at our school have had opportunities to earn Good Choice Coupons from the adults for doing extra-special acts of kindness or responsibility.

Things that are expected of ALL people at our school: We expect ALL people to make good choices every day. Good Choice Coupons are not handed out for normal good choices.

Here are some examples of normal good choices: Being honest Walking quietly in the hallways Doing your best Picking up trash Being kind to others Following the rules Respecting yourself and your school

How do you earn a Good Choice Coupon? Here are some ideas of extra special acts of kindness or responsibility: Helping the teacher if they’re having trouble Standing up for a friend of they’re being bullied Helping a friend if they drop their lunch Reporting a serious problem to an adult

Good Choice Coupons If you earn a coupon, the adult will turn the coupon in to Ms. Kaiser. Twice per month, everyone who earned a coupon will have their name announced, listed in the Cub Chronicle, and receive a prize.

Here is what the new coupon looks like Cougar Cub Good Choice Coupon Congratulations to: ____________________________________________ in grade _______ For going beyond our normal school expectations by doing: _________________________________________________________ _________________________________________________________ Officially signed by _____________________________ date __________ Staff member: please turn this coupon in to the Principal Kaiser’s mailbox
