What is the cause of drink driving? Drink driving is caused when people have a drink at a bar or place with alcohol and then decide to drive. It usually happens late at night when the bars close and the people have to go home. Although you probably don’t realise it, if you drink and dirve, you are breaking the law.

Who is affected and how are they affected? The people who are affected are people who drink at bars without anyone else with them. That then makes them have to drive home alone after a night of drinking. They will probably be drunk. DEATH CAN HAPPEN.

How can this problem be fixed? Make bars close earlier Raise the drinking age Get asked for ID every time you go to a bar or place selling alcohol Have police monitoring bars & places selling alcohol If you are drunk, get a taxi or get someone NOT DRUNK to drive you. Remember, ALCOHOL+DRIVING is not a good combonation
