Does opening your locker make you feel a little goofy? How to survive at F.M.S. opening up your locker every day!

How to open your locker Play the video (this is a PE locker, but it works the same as our F.M.S. hallway lockers!video For instance, if the combination is , this is how you would open your locker.

How to visualize it

The first number Spin the dial at least three times to the right (clockwise), all the way around. This "clears" the lock of any previous numbers. Turn the dial to the right and stop at your first number (if the combination is , then the first number is 34).

The second number Turn the dial to the left, going past zero and your first number. Then go to your second number. If the combination is , then the first number is 6).

The third and final number Then, after that, turn the dial to the right and go directly to the last number. Pull the lock open and out of the hole, or pull the latch or handle, if there is one. Otherwise, tug on the knob to open the locker. If the combination is , then the first number is 21).

Goofy Hints If you can, practice opening a locker as much as possible. Once you open your locker a few times, you will get the hang of it and be a pro!
