In this respect the most important are the following: Continued work within SEEVCCC and SEECOF to upgrade and maintain a web site. Countries from the region are encouraged to use the available products from the SEEVCCC and to provide feedback and validation. Countries from the region who have not accomplished migration to TDCF codes to ask assistance from CBS. Those NHMSs who had upgraded their systems but still had radiosondes unused, to consider borrowing them to other NHMSs from the region.

In this respect the most important are the following: ICSEED Members are encouraged to exchange their national laws and relevant regulations translated into English language, if any. Regional Office for Europe is requested to make this information available through RAVI website. To provide information about decision 08: „ICSEED12 asks the President of RA VI and the Chief of Regional Office for Europe to prepare an official letter from WMO stating that the national meteorological services should be the only authoritative voice for providing warnings“

In this respect the most important are the following: Neighbour countries to work together on the harmonization of the thresholds and to establish on-line communication between forecasters engaged when issuing warnings in border regions. Israel and Romania to designate experts for their participation in the Task team on thresholds. Each NMHS service to start developing a communication strategy and share experience with NMHSs from the region. ICSEED12 to send a request trough RA VI to WMO Technical Commission for Climatology to give recommendations about the criteria for choosing the period of parallel work of conventional and automatic meteorological stations.

In the new model of the mutual communication ICSEED Chairmen will assemble information from the ICSEED members about the current and near future NMHSs priorities - in order to propose the Draft Agenda for the next ICSEED meeting. Next steps: Draft Agenda adapted to the agreed topics Proactive discussion and exchange of experiences on the agreed of topics by the directors, Sharing new ideas and resolving the dilemmas and problems related to the specific agenda issue by engaging appropriate WMO or other experts

Recommendations for selecting topics to be: Related to the regional cooperation and the Projects. RAVI achievements, challenges and priority areas, with particular emphasis to the ICSEED subregion RA VI / ICSEED possition at the 17th WMO Congress regarding speciffic issues (e.g. Executive Council seats, mandate of the Secretary General, amendments to the Convention)

ICSEED13-Decision 05: ICSEED meeting will takes 2 working days, where one third (optional) of the meeting will be reserved for Hydrology ICSEED13-Decision 06: Turkey to prepare presentation and information of extension of Flash Flood Guidance System (FFGS) ICSEED13-Decision 07: ICSEED13 decided to support Mr. Petteri Taalas, PR of Finland with WMO, for the position of the Secretary General of WMO during the election process at the 17th WMO Congress.

ICSEED 14th Session, Bucharest 5-6 Nov Romania INFORMAL CONFERENCE OF SOUTH-EAST EUROPE DIRECTORS Hosted by National Meteorological Administration of ROMANIA ICSEED Decisions National Meteorological Administation, Romania ICSEED13-Decision 08: Ukraine has expressed, trough the Letter of Interest, a wish to participate in ICSEED meetings as an Observer. ICSEED 13 agreed and decided to invite Ukraine to ICSEED14 by the invitation letter of the ICSEED Chairman. ICSEED13-Decision 09: ICSEED13 agreed that the next ICSEED 2 full day's meeting would take place in Albania, having in mind positive response of the IGEWE Director to host ICSEED 14. As an alternative option, ICSEED Chairman is authorised to contact the Director NMHS in Skopje. ICSEED13-Decision 10: ICSEED13 recommends that Directors at the ICSEED14 meeting come with a proposal of the topics for the next meeting discussion and the agenda adoption The ICSEED Chairman is authorised to assemble the proposed topics into a draft agenda, including possible amendments and related clarifications.
