integration
* Why Arts Integration? Research has shown that arts experiences improve reasoning, intuition, perception, imagination, inventiveness, creativity, the ability to work as a team, problem solving and expression. The US top 500 businesses said the above characteristics are what they are looking for in employees.
* The arts help create the kind of learning environment conducive to student and teacher success by: * Fostering teacher innovation * Creating a positive professional culture * Improving community engagement * Increasing student attendance * Promoting more effective instruction * Providing a positive school identity
* Arts Integration allows the students to show/explain what they have learned in different formats.
