47 years old, male patient, chronic heavy smoker with +ve family history of IHD.
Patient presented with typical chest pain of 8 hours duration with ECG findings of infero- posterior and lateral STEMI
Decision was made to go for Primary PCI
Apparently, left system appears free
RCA lesion was found on angiography
RCA lesion was stented successfully
Ongoing injury current
Occluded OM branch
PTCA was done successfully to the OM branch
