First Transnational Partners’ Meeting Activities the overall review of planned activities during the project period and detailed allocation of tasks and responsibilities between partners and project phases agreement about the partnership mobility scheme coordinating partner presents examples of good practice about educational water trails development of common methodology to identify and select water areas that will be embraced to the project in each participating country approval of evaluation, monitoring and dissemination plan

Phase 1: “Identifying and selecting water areas that will be embraced to the project in each participating country" each partner identifies water area that will be embraced into project and where educational water trail will be established

Expected results January 2009 Selection and identification of water areas: Each partner has selected and identified water area in his country that will be embraced to the project in order to establish educational water trail.

Common methodology for establishing educational water trail lake river swamp spring 1. Selection and identification of water areas 2. Portfolio of natural heritage, cultural heritage and economic impacts on water areas 3. Plans and maps of educational water trail 4. Educational boards/signs 5. Textbooks and workbooks on CD, hard copies and web sites for VET along water trails 6. Dissemination, evaluation and further implementation of project results and products VET curriculum,environmental policy,sustainable economy

Common methodology for identifying and selecting water areas NATURE CULTURE TECHNICAL HERITAGE springs, rivers, lakes, swamps, coasts unique features rare and endangered species seasonal events (wildflower blooms, bird migrations…) wildlife management areas/programs habitat restoration areas wells, mills, sawmills old fort sites site of a historic event INTERPRETIVE SIGNIFICANCE
