Requirements Natural-born citizen of the U.S. At least 35 years old Have been a permanent resident in the U.S. for at least 14 years

Other Facts President’s term last 4 years. President can only be reelected once. President lives in the White House during their term. President earns about $400,000 a year. Our current president is President Obama, who was just reelected.
