Brief description One of the highest nursing management positions within a healthcare organization is that of the Chief of Nursing Officer. A CNO is responsible for overseeing and coordinating an organizations nursing department and its daily operations as primary spokesperson for nurses the CNO also works to align the nursing staff with the mission values of the organization.

Salary Vary by location Annual salary- 90,466 or 134,680
