To train a movement of leaders who will eliminate inequity in education

Teaching is Leadership

Vision Invest others Plan purposefu lly Execute effectively Reflect to get better

What we’ve learned

#1 That Vision and Purpose is the most important thing

#3 Plan Purposefully why, what, how and check Keep in mind different learning styles

#4 Execute effectively

#5 Reflect

And..

Figure out how people learn

Keep things simple

Lead by example Did I: Have a purpose that was clear? Make you want to learn? Use different styles to teach? Make this experential? Keep this simple? Incorporate feedback?
