Business hours: Monday- Friday from 11:55 a.m.- 1:55 p.m. Schedule: Both employees are to be there everyday prepared to work, attendance is mandatory You will be paid $9.50/ hr and from March 31 st, $10.25/hr. You may receive tips in a tip jar that you can split Overtime will be $0.25 extra, so $9.75/ hr or $10.50/hr You will be paid every 2 weeks
You have 7 paid sick days and 5 unpaid holidays such as funeral, family leave, or jury duty These are the holidays: New Year’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day (4 th of July) Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Friday after Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve Christmas Day New Year’s Eve
Employees are to be dressed in their bubble tea uniform ;we suggest buying 2 pairs To make it a safe environment, we will make every effort to keep the equipment in excellent conditions If injury does occur, please report it immediately A non-smoking policy is in effect at Bubble Trubble Security policy: employees are to check in when they are here for work and do a bag check to make sure no property is stolen If this is not done, it may lead to termination
Since you are working in a school, there will be ZERO tolernace for drugs/ alcohol or smoking These may impair the health and productivity of the employees Termination will be a result if this is done
Voluntary resignation letter must be given 2 weeks in advance with an explanation If employee fails to work properly, they will be terminated. But, they will be given a verbal warning and a warning letter to improve themselves A termination letter is given if the employee does not improve If laid off, they will get 35% of what they worked for
