Welcome to The National Home Energy Conference 2005

What a Year!!  Last years conference – 62 interested Local authorities  Now over 100 Project Partners  New team of Project Partnership Managers based in Brighton, Norwich, Chesterfield, Cardiff and Plymouth (and more on their way!)  Installer Network extended from 20 to over 60 installers  Funding secured for EEC 2  New call centre opened now 24/7

What has HEAT achieved?  Over 55,000 enquiries across the UK  Increased take up rates year on year  Bassetlaw, Bridgend, Bristol & Wealden all with over 1000 enquiries each  New web based application and reporting system  Special targeted “LA specific” promotions for Over 60’s, Private Landlords etc

What is the HEAT Project? HEAT is a utility funded insulation project designed by Local Authorities, for Local Authorities, to help achieve HECA targets

 HECA Action bid 1998  Sustained improvement in take up rates  Quality Assured to ISO9001:2000  Currently covering the South West, South East, East Anglia, Wales, East Midlands and parts of Yorkshire  Expanding even further across the UK. HEAT Project to date…
